1. 1. Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Deposits may transfer to a rescheduled appointment with proper notice.

No-shows: Deposit is forfeited.

Cancellations under 24 hours: Deposit is forfeited unless a true emergency occurs (at artist’s discretion).

Chronic rescheduling: After two reschedules, deposits are no longer transferable.

2. Pricing

Shop minimum: $100

Hourly rate: $200/hour

Day rate: $1,200–$1,600 (project-based)

Aftercare balm & adhesive bandage: $25 (optional)

Payments:

Deposits are paid online via Stripe

Remaining balances accepted via Cash or Card

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required to transfer a deposit.

Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

Studio days: Closed Sundays & Mondays, with limited exceptions.

4. Studio Rules

Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID (no exceptions).

One guest allowed per client, provided they do not interfere with the session.

No alcohol, drugs, or children permitted in the studio.

5. Preparing for Your Tattoo

Get adequate rest, eat a solid meal, and stay hydrated.

Avoid alcohol and blood-thinners for 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows access to the tattooed area.

6. Aftercare Basics

Leave the bandage on for the recommended time.

Wash gently with fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water.

Apply thin layers of tattoo balm or fragrance-free moisturizer.

Avoid swimming, tanning, and direct sun exposure during healing.

Healing typically takes 2–4 weeks.

7. Licensing & Professional Standards

Ink By Storm LLC is operated by a licensed tattoo artist and certified instructor, fully approved by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR).

The studio follows all state health and safety regulations for tattooing.
